Clovis Najm - Chairman, CEO and Founder

In his high profile role at Cryptolex Trust Systems Mr. Najm is responsible for formulating business and technology strategies as well as managing and growing the business. He brings significant entrepreneurship, e-commerce, product marketing and technology sales expertise to the company. Mr. Najm joined Cryptolex from Non-Elephant Encryption Systems where he was VP of Marketing. His responsibilities included development of the overall marketing strategy for initial Ne² commercialization including positioning, branding and public relations. Prior to that, Mr. Najm conceived and implemented business and sales plans for numerous Internet-based technology start-ups. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Victoria, Canada and a Graduate Study Certificate of the European Union from the University of Rouen, France.

Damien Norris - Chief Technical Officer

Mr. Norris' professional software architecture and development experience spans 12 years and numerous computing technologies. He has designed, coded and supported numerous mission critical and enterprise scale internet applications for small and large companies in North America and globally. As well as Internet based systems, Mr. Norris specialized in software for portable devices and cel phones, embedded development, databases, security and cryptography. Mr Norris has developed and maintained software systems for the BC Government, CREA, PRT, Thrifty Foods, IFS Grand Cayman and many others.

Leanne Pawluk - Chief Marketing Officer

Ms. Pawluk brings 16 years of corporate, agency and freelance experience to Cryptolex. For the past decade, her marketing public relations consultancy has been providing strategic advice to global technology companies including Cognos, iPlanet, IBM, Cisco Systems, Adobe, Hewlett Packard, ADP, and the US Naval Reserve. Leanne graduated summa cum laude from the University of British Columbia with Bachelors and Masters Degrees in creative writing for media. She has also studied Communication Science at Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA and Advertising Theory at Simon Fraser University, Vancouver, BC.
