Cryptolex was founded in 2012 in Switzerland, by Alec Avedisyan, an EPFL engineer and early developer of blockchain technology and Vicken Bayramian, an international business lawyer and serial entrepreneur. Our certification framework allows anyone to use the blockchain to secure and certify their proprietary information without the need for technical knowledge or costly development and integration.
As co-founder and CEO, Vicken contributes over 20 years of experience in commodities trading law, ADR and trade finance. He is an international business lawyer who has worked in several multinationals and established in-house legal teams. As a proven entrepreneur, he has played a prominent role in founding numerous businesses, including Cryptolex, Field Solutions and Kalexius.
As co-founder and CTO, Alec brings an unrivaled passion for cryptocurrency and the blockchain. He is a senior programmer with over 25 years’ experience and an early developer of blockchain technology. In addition to Cryptolex, he is the founder of several start-ups, including AV-D, Sparkou and Travelpaper.
As a strategic advisor, Charles helps companies translate business needs into actionable strategies, from adapting to the digital age to product strategy, solutions design, market placement and launch strategies. He is a seasoned business manager with experience working for large financial institutions and information technology companies.
As a strategic advisor, Nicolas contributes his deep knowledge in finance and economy. His corporate experience has included executive level positions as CFO, COO and lately as CEO for a blue-chip regional bank in Switzerland. He is also a member of the Swiss Forum of International Politics, of the CryptoValley Association in Switzerland, and of the SICTIC Swiss Investor Club and LIFE.
